Personal data
The company collects no personal data through the e-utile website (e.g. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.), unless you specifically agreed to provide such information voluntarily (e.g. by registering with the website or participating in a survey). Should you choose to give consent, you can revoke this consent at any time. The party concerned has the right to exercise the rights described by Art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/03. Specifically, the party concerned has the right to withdraw from registration at any time and without incurring any penalty.
Purpose of processing
In accordance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30th June 2003 (the ‘Personal Data Protection Code’), we would hereby like to inform you as to the purpose and method for and by which any personal data you may choose to supply is processed.
In accordance with Art. 13 of the stated Law, this data is processed by computer or manual means, as defined by letter a), subsection 1 of Art. 4 of the Law, for the following purposes:
a) legal compliances in connection to statutory, tax, accounting regulations etc., administrative management of relations between e-utile and yourselves, compliance with any contractual commitments, technical information and support with regard to the products and services involved by the relations;
b) after-sales assistance, checking customer satisfaction, market analysis and statistics;
c) information on future commercial activities and announcements of new products, services and offers, both by ourselves and by our associate companies;
d) market-focused promotional and advertising initiatives;
e) analysis and economic-financial assessment where applicable.

Use or Communication related data
In using the remote communication services that allow you to access our website, communication (e.g. IP addresses) or use (e.g. information on the start, end and duration of each access and that concerning remote communication services to which you connect) type data, which is technically generated, may reasonably be related to personal data. This data is only collected and processed where necessary and, in any case, in full compliance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/03.
Automatic collection of non-personal data
When you access the e-utile website automatically (even without registering), the system automatically collects some data that, however, do not involve any form of personal identification (e.g. type of internet browser and operating system used; website domain from which you accessed the website; number of visits to the site; average time spent on the site; pages visited, etc.).
e-utile may use this information and share it internationally in order to verify website use and improve performance and content.
Minors
Do not enter any personal data in relation to children without the prior consent of their parents or guardians.

Hyperlinks to other websites may feature on the e-utile web pages. These are proposed with a view to providing our users with a better service.
e-utile is in no way responsible for the contents of any websites users may access through the e-utile website.
The existence of a hyperlink with another website in no way entails e-utile's approval or acceptance of the contents of such a website. This also applies to any way in which such a website may process or use personal data.
