e-utile is the integrator of GraphDi, a software for scheduling staff shifts which allows to save time in the drafting of shift plans and in the communication between departments in accordance with company and national regulations.

GraphDi is a multilanguage software with scalable functionalities as needed:

Input of plans on request: it is possible for the employee at home to directly enter requests for shifts, vacations or other absences in the estimate work plan. These requests could then be approved or rejected by the administrator.
Filling matrix shifts: administrators can set up very advanced automatic shift systems which can be applied to individual departments or part of them.
Automatic work plan drafting: setting the necessary parameters, such as daily staff demand and duty suitability, you can create automated work plans.
Reporting: produce customized graphs and statistics, depending on the type of user and the need for analysis.
