The complexity of the management of operative activities requires the use of IT solutions that are able to support the Utility in the design stages, everyday use and the long-term, in the executive stages and, subsequently, in analysis and reporting processes.
The optimisation of the resources used and the quality of the service supplied depend on the capacity to define work orders and the planning of teams in the short and long-term, as well as on the level of the system flexibility that allows for updates and re-programming in real time, in the event of any unforeseen events (emergencies, staff absences, extraordinary maintenance of means, routes unavailable, etc.).

With the help of specific on-board devices that are able to communicate with the operative headquarters, management of the vehicle fleet can be optimised, as there are constant updates available on the geographic position of the vehicles throughout the territory, and information on the service and function of equipment is sent and received.
Through a web portal and integrated call centre service, it is possible to communicate with the “citizen”, giving him the option of directly activating some personalised services.
